Jonathan Jackson or Jonathan Stevens Jackson (born May 11, 1982) is an American actor, best known for playing Lucky Spencer, on the American daytime drama General Hospital. He also played the protagonist, Jesse Tuck, in the 2002 film Tuck Everlasting.
Jonathan Jackson is most famous as Lucky Spencer on General Hospital, a role he played from 1993 to 1999, and again since 2009. Jackson won three Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Younger Actor for his role as Lucky in 1995, 1998, and 1999.
In 2011, Jackson won another Daytime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor, for his role as Lucky Spencer on General Hospital.
Jonathan Jackson has starred in the movies Camp Nowhere, Trapped in a Purple Haze, The Deep End of the Ocean, Tuck Everlasting, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, Insomnia, and Stephen King's Riding the Bullet. He made a guest appearance in Boy Meets World during the 1997-98 season. In between 2000 - 2002, Jackson tried out for the role of young adult Anakin Skywalker in the Star Wars movie, Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
